This Program features workouts AND includes a Meal Plan. It will cover various glute exercises you need to grow your booty and achieve that perky look and a variety of Ab exercises to strengthen and tighten your core and one upper body workout a week.

Resistance bands are required! I recommend purchasing SOfit Cotton Bands, Latex booty band and a pull up band. Find accessories here

SOfit’s Whatsapp support group is now optional and does not come with your plan. Do not expect to be automatically added to this group. In order to be in the group you have to request to join after you have purchased a 4 week Challenge. Most times a WhatsApp group has not been created so please inquire this. A number to message is located on the program page when logged into your account . We reserve the right to deny or remove a member in the group at any time. When requesting access please attach the payment confirmation sent to your email that clearly shows your name and the program you purchased to make the response time more efficient.
