Frequently Asked Questions

Once you confirm your order, you’ll receive  your program and nutrition guides to your email. If you do not receive your program within 24 hours please send an email to info@sandraokekefit.com or DM @sofit_ngr on Instagram 

 from home, you’ll need:

✓ Booty Band
✓ Yoga Mat
✓ Resistance or Power Bands
✓ Bench or Sturdy Box
✓ Skipping Rope

If you want to switch your rest days, you can always follow the steps below: 1. Go to the Workouts tab 2. Click the edit icon in the lower right corner 3. Choose ‘Update my workout’ 4. Hold and drag the workout you’d like to move 5. Click the edit icon once more and press ‘Save Changes’
Intakes start at 10 AM every Monday, with our first intake scheduled for October 7th. Once you confirm your order, you’ll receive detailed instructions on accessing our app and getting ready to kick off on Day 1.
