Are you ready to take your glutes transformation to the next level   while still having the flexibility to work on your upper body? This 4 Week glute program is designed to maximize your results while you are at the gym 3-5 days a week for 40-60 minutes each session.

With this Program you can expect effective 60-90 Minute  Gym Workouts.

With this program you will receive a downloadable PDF Nutrition guide with a shopping list, weekly meals and nutrition tips.

Throughout this Program you will enjoy a combination of weighted Workouts and Low Intensity Steady State Cardio.

This Program is suited for Advanced trainers. However, all SOFIT Programs provide exercise regressions and progressions.

Once you confirm your order, you’ll receive  your program and nutrition guides to your email. If you do not receive your program within 24 hours please send an email to info@sandraokekefit.com or DM @sofit_ngr on Instagram 

A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts.

If you’re completing any SOFIT plan from home, you’ll need:

✓ A Set of Dumbbells
✓ A Booty Band
✓ Yoga Mat
✓ Bench or Sturdy Box
✓ Skipping Rope

The standard number of training days given to you in the guide is 5 days a week. The minimum training days I recommend is 3. You are free to choose what these days are for you but I recommend following the program as given.

This program does NOT include Home workouts.
