WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts.
If you’re completing any SOFIT plan from home, you’ll need:

✓ Bench or Sturdy Box
✓ Skipping Rope

CAN I CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF TRAINING DAYS?
The standard number of training days given to you in the guide is 5 days a week. The minimum training days I recommend is 3. You are free to choose what these days are for you but I recommend following the program as given.
DOES THIS PROGRAM INCLUDE HOME AND GYM WORKOUTS?
This program does NOT include Home workouts.
